BJU Press began in 1974 with the publication of its first textbook, Physical Science for Christian Schools, in response to the needs of Christian science textbooks. BJU Press is the largest Christian textbook publisher in the United States, providing a structured remote online learning course as well as creating and supplying textbooks for all K4-G12 courses from a Christian perspective.

Founded in 1978, ACSI stands for the Association for Christian Schools International, and is an evangelical Christian educational institution based in Colorado Springs, the United States, and conducts Christian school movements in the United States and many countries around the world.
